December Student of the Month- 2nd grade
Mrs. Reiger has selected Sawyer Resh! Sawyer is a hard working student that goes above and beyond to meet his goals. He is such a helpful classmate and is a kind friend to all. Sawyer has a lot of initiative and will jump in to help whenever it is needed. He comes to school prepared and motivated each day. Sawyer keeps an organized desk, participates and stays on task throughout the entire school day. He has outstanding behavior and demonstrates leadership in all that he does. Mrs. Reiger says, "I know he will achieve great things in his future. Congratulations Sawyer, I am very proud of you!"
December Student of the Month- 3rd grade
Hardworking, well mannered, positive, and always happy are just a few of the ways to describe our third grade student of the month, Lucas Stout. Mrs. Schilling says, "When I think of Lucas, I see a model student. He comes to school each day with a positive attitude, which allows him to have a willingness to try everything. If something is challenging to him, he continuously works hard until he learns that skill. Lucas is a great friend and cares about everyone. He is so helpful in our classroom too. With all of these qualities, Lucas is and will continue to be a great leader!
December Student of the Month- 4th grade
The 4th grade student of the month goes above and beyond with her effort in all that she does. She wants her friends to feel valued, she wants her teachers to know they are always trying their best and giving their best effort, she communicates to her parents when something is tough and celebrates when something is going well, and she is always acting and demonstrating win-win for all, even if she is having a tough day. She is a great leader and role model for her peers. When she gets a task done, she is always looking for ways to continue to the next task or offering to help others who may be struggling. She is kind and respectful to all those around her- peers and adults alike. When she came to our school, she fit right in right away and was willing to jump in with her work without hesitation. She is a joy to have daily in class and we are so proud of her. The 4th grade student of the month is Kinslee Means.
December Student of the Month- Miss Lefler
'Tis the season for giving and spreading cheer to all. Miss Lefler's Student of the Month epitomizes this. She not only spreads cheer to all, she is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her smile lights up the room, and she is sensitive to the feelings and needs of others. She is an example of hard work, always striving to do her best and to accomplish the goals set for her even if it takes extra time or practice to do it. This student is a leader who puts others first and does the right thing even when no one else is around. Nevaeh Miller is the December Student of the Month. She is an example of everything students should strive to be. She is learning new things every day and loving towards others. Nevaeh is thoughtful and resilient. She is a true pleasure to be in a class with, and she definitely makes the world a better place! We are so proud of you, Nevaeh! Keep shining and spreading your beautiful cheer to others!

The 5th grade team has nominated Tucker Reasnor for the December student of the Month. Tucker Reasnor exemplifies reliability, dependability, and responsibility as a student. He actively engages in class discussions and demonstrates kindness and concern for his peers. His uplifting and encouraging demeanor positively impacts his fellow students.
