September Student of the Month
Miss Lefler- Our September Student of the Month for Miss Lefler’s class is Katy Adkins!
Katy is one of those special children who walks into a room and immediately makes everyone smile. She has the purest heart, the sweetest smile, and a joyful spirit that shines in everything she does. Katy is always willing to go with the flow, and she greets everyone with a smile and something positive to say.
Katy works hard and approaches her schoolwork with wonderful enthusiasm...often declaring that whatever she is working on is “AMAZING!” She continues to make progress each day and is always willing to try any task placed before her. Katy is also learning what it means to be a team player and can often be heard cheering on her classmates. When someone is feeling sad or having a difficult day, Katy is one of the first to offer a helping hand or the gentlest pat on the back.
Katy is truly sunshine in human form. She brightens every room she enters and helps others experience the warmth of kindness and acceptance. Her love, happiness, and positive energy are infectious, and she makes our classroom a better place simply by being herself.
Katy Adkins is incredibly deserving of the Student of the Month Award. We are so proud of her and deeply grateful that she is part of our classroom family!
2nd grade- Mrs. Hayes has nominated Zeus Green as the Student of the Month for September. Zeus has been an outstanding friend and a great helper these first few weeks of school. Mrs. Hayes has counted on him to help her with jobs and to help other students in need. Zeus is kind and a very good listener. We all know we can count on him for anything. Congratulations Zeus! We are very proud of you!
3rd grade- Mrs. Beitzel has selected Brynn Fortune as the September Student of the Month! Brynn is a sweet, kind, and friendly student who has a strong desire to do well in school. She participates actively in class, stays on task, and consistently demonstrates a positive attitude toward learning. Brynn is motivated to succeed and puts forth effort to do her best academically. I am excited to see her continue to grow, thrive, and excel throughout the school year!
4th grade- The 4th grade team has chosen Kinsley Kyle as Student of the Month. Since the first day of school, Kinsley has demonstrated great attributes of a leader and a hard worker. She strives to do her best in all of her classes and has a positive, chipper attitude while she is doing anything. She has a smile for everyone and that same smile can light up any room. She shows care for her school work and for others. Thank you Kinsley for being an amazing role model to follow for everyone around you and you are a true joy to have in class.
5th grade- The 5th grade team would like to nominate Colton Davidson for the September student of the Month. Colton was chosen for his active participation in class, strong initiative, and exemplary leadership qualities. He consistently completes tasks independently, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a commitment to doing what is right without needing direction. Overall, he exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding student. Congratulations Colton, you are more than deserving of this nomination.
