Our PBIS Team is holding a basket raffle again this year.
Tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5, or 15 tickets for $10.
Proceeds go toward student incentives and awards.
Drawing will be held December 17th.

Midterm reports for our NMS students for the 2nd nine-week grading period will be available to view online this Friday, November 21st.
This Friday, November 21st, is fall portrait retake day for those students who were absent on the original fall portrait day on September 26th, or for our new students who enrolled after that date.

The location has been changed for our Veterans Appreciation Breakfast on Tuesday, November 11th. It will now be held at Newcomerstown West Elementary School, at 8:30AM, with a brief assembly to follow. If you called NMS to make a reservation for this breakfast, please report to the West School tomorrow morning.
NMS will be hosting an appreciation breakfast in our cafeteria to honor our veterans on Veterans Day next Tuesday, November 11th, at 8:30AM.
If you are a veteran who is interested in attending, or if your middle or high school student has a veteran in the family whom he/she would like to invite, please contact our office at 740.498.8151 to make a reservation. There is no cost for this event.

A mandatory meeting for parents/guardians of 7th and 8th grade wrestlers is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Friday, November 7th in the NHS cafeteria.

Due to parent-teacher conferences, there will be NO SCHOOL for NMS students next Thursday and Friday (October 30th and 31st).
Conferences will be held from 8:00 -12:00, 1:00 - 6:00 on Thursday, and from 8:00 - noon on Friday. Conference letters have already been mailed out to parents, with information on which teachers, if any, have requested to meet with you.

The NMS fall sports awards ceremony will be held next Tuesday, October 28th, at 6:00 PM in the Newcomerstown Middle School auditorium. Athletes and their families are encouraged to attend!
