We are teaming up with the NHS Teen Leadership Corps to help students within our district during the holiday season.
You can help spread some holiday cheer by dressing up for our school dress up days, and bringing in something that could help out another student. Item ideas include: Canned Food - Boxed Food - Toiletry Items - First Aid Items.

Donuts with Dudes will be held December 9-12 at West School. Fliers will be coming home with students next week. Please RSVP before November 26th so we can plan accordingly. Please call the office if your student's assigned date does not work.
West School shirt orders from Barron Design Co. are finished and will be sent home with students today!
NED's Mindset Mission assembly is coming to West School on November 13th! This is a character education program that centers around three important messages that have lifelong relevance: Never give up, Encourage others and Do your best. During the assembly, students will learn about the importance of these three life skills while also enjoying storytelling, magic, humor and yo-yo tricks. Students will be bringing home fliers with information about purchasing a yo-yo if they are interested! Our school received this assembly at no cost because another school paid it forward to us. We want to help pay it forward too, and you can help by purchasing a NED messaged yo-yo.

Tomorrow is “JERSEY DAY” and you have the opportunity to purchase one of the old NHS Football Jerseys! Starting at 7:45 AM, jerseys will be sold between the gymnasium and cafeteria entrance. Limited supply available - first come, first serve! $20/each.
Our PTO is coordinating this sale in partnership with the Athletic Boosters and the NHS Varsity Football team. Proceeds from this sale will directly support their organization.

West school students who earned their AR goals for the first nine weeks attended the AR Band Bash this afternoon. We had 161 students meet their goals! The high school marching band came to perform for us. Mr. Bradley also shared about the different instruments and sections of the band. Thank you NHS Band for celebrating with us!
