Custodial / Maintenance

Custodial Maintenance - High School (3rd shift)

Custodian-Custodian/Maintenance - High School (Midnight)

Reports To: Building Principal

Hours Worked: 9:00 P.M. – 5:00 A.M. (No lunch)* (Or as agreed upon by the Building Principal)

Starting Pay: 15p/h + benefits.

Job Goal: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop

Duties:

Clean rooms as assigned by building principal and/or buildings and grounds supervisor
Check all entrance doors around the building at the beginning of shift
Monitor all building furnaces and boilers for timely heat up/morning startup
Clean and test eyewash stations in science rooms once per week
Run water in all lab drains once per month
Clean sidewalks, when snowing -salt/ice-melt as needed
Any similar duties assigned by supervisor or Superintendent
Operate scrubber, wet vac and be able to strip floor and re-wax
Be able to shampoo carpet

Custodial Maintenance - High School (2nd shift)

Custodian-Custodian/Maintenance - High School (Afternoon)

Reports To: Building Principal

Pay: $15.00 p/hr + benefits

Hours Worked: *1:30 P.M. – 10:00pm P.M. (30min lunch) Or as agreed upon by the Building Principal)

(Job Goal: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop

Duties:

Clean rooms as assigned by building principal and/or buildings and grounds supervisor
Wash marks off walls and desks and tables as they appear
Operate scrubber, wet vac and be able to strip floor and rewax
Be able to shampoo carpet
Mow, weed eat, hedge/bush trimming (as needed)
Wet mop any spots on floors
Clean sidewalks, when snowing -salt/ice-melt as needed
Any similar duties assigned by the supervisor or Superintendent
